Our Offer

Workshops for pupils - PRIA
We at PRIA offer free workshops for Vienna AHS and NMS classes. Due to the current situation, we are currently converting to online workshops and are looking for some classes who would like to try this out. Our online courses are designed in such a way that they take place at home (homework days) or at school and are supervised by us. Our workshops are supervised by experienced workshop leaders. If you are interested, please contact us at robocoop@pria.at

Workshops for pupils - ACIN
Robotics in the virtual world at the Automation- and Control Institute (ACIN). We invite you to discover the world of robots. Problems will be solved by you (pupils) with robots. You will come to the virtual world of robots, where you will design, program and simulate robots. We are looking forward to a virtual meeting in our robotics workshop. Who can participate? Classes from NMS, KMS, PRS or vocational schools. Contact: jaeggle@acin.tuwien.ac.at

Workshops for teachers
We also offer teacher courses, especially for teachers with little or no experience in programming. Equipped with different materials, the teachers are prepared to take the first programming steps with classes. The teacher workshops are supervised by an interdisciplinary team from the fields of computer science and psychology. If you are interested, please contact us at robocoop@pria.at

ECER (European Conference On Educational Robotics)
The European Conference on Educational Robotics (ECER) is an international scientific conference for students. Scientists will give lectures, live demonstrations of robots and judge exciting robotics competitions, including the official European Botball competitions and our PRIA Open. Participating teams will present their robots, projects and experiences based on scientific models in English.

Robotics League
The Robotics League is a Slovak competition for robot design and programming. Due to the RoboCoop project (Interreg SK-AT) Austrian teams have the opportunity to participate in this competition. Altogether the Robotics League runs in eight rounds with 2 tasks each. Every two weeks the teams receive new tasks, for which they then have four weeks time. You can win great prizes in each round. The winning team (the team with the highest total score after the eight rounds) wins a LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 kit.

RoboCoop Education Platform
On the RoboCoop education platform, you have the opportunity to share resources for the STEM field with others and to network. The platform offers a search function with which you can search for the topics that are suitable for you. In addition, an overview of events will be made available in the future. There, organizers can publish their events and visitors can search for them.
